The White City 10K is scheduled to start at 09:00.
The Children's 1K is scheduled to start at 10:30 and will take place on the Linford Christie Stadium track.

3. Eligibility
White City 10K
Participants must be 15 years of age or older on race day.
The 10K is open to runners of all abilities and there is no general qualifying standard.
Children's 1K
The Children's 1K is open to children aged 5 to 14 on race day.
An entry for a participant under the age of 18 must be made or authorised by their parent or legal guardian.
Parents or responsible adults may accompany children during the Children's 1K where appropriate.
We reserve the right to request evidence of a participant's age where reasonably necessary.
4. Entry
An entry is only confirmed once the registration process has been completed and the applicable entry fee has been successfully paid.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
We may refuse or cancel an entry where false or materially inaccurate information has been supplied or where these Terms of Entry have been breached.
5. Entry Fees
Entry fees are displayed during the registration process and on the White City 10K website.
Any promotional or discounted entry price applies only during the period for which it is advertised and while the relevant allocation remains available.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any optional purchases or additional services are charged separately.
6. Transfers
Participants who are unable to take part may transfer their 10K entry to another eligible runner free of charge until 31 March 2027, using the official transfer process provided through the registration platform.
The replacement participant must satisfy all eligibility requirements and complete the official transfer process.
Race numbers must not be given, sold or otherwise transferred to another person outside the official transfer process.
Running using another participant's race number without an authorised transfer may result in disqualification and may prevent both individuals from participating in future West London Run events.
No transfers will normally be accepted after the published transfer deadline.
7. Deferrals
10K participants may defer their entry to the 2028 White City 10K for a £10 deferral fee, provided the deferral is completed by 31 March 2027 through the official process.
A deferred entry applies to the next edition of the White City 10K only and may not be carried forward again unless West London Run expressly agrees otherwise.
Participants are responsible for completing the deferral process before the deadline.
8. Refunds
Entry fees are non-refundable where a participant chooses not to take part, is unable to attend, fails to attend, or is unable to participate due to illness, injury, travel difficulties or other personal circumstances.
Where available, participants should use the official transfer or deferral options before their respective deadlines.
This section does not affect any statutory rights a participant may have.
9. Event Cancellation, Postponement or Changes
West London Run may alter the Event where reasonably necessary for operational, safety, regulatory or other circumstances.
This may include changes to the course, start or finish location, timetable, facilities, race format or other Event arrangements.
The planned White City 10K course is subject to final approvals and official measurement and may therefore be amended before race day.
If the Event cannot proceed on the scheduled date because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, emergency incidents, decisions or requirements of public authorities, safety concerns or other circumstances making it unsafe or impracticable to stage the Event, we will seek to reschedule the Event where reasonably possible.
If the Event is postponed, entries will normally be transferred to the rescheduled date.
If the Event is cancelled and cannot reasonably be rescheduled, we will communicate the available options to participants as soon as reasonably practicable, taking account of the circumstances, applicable insurance arrangements and any rights participants may have under law.
10. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are sufficiently fit and healthy to participate in the Event.
You should not participate if you are unwell, injured or have been advised by an appropriately qualified medical professional not to take part.
Participants must:
- follow reasonable instructions given by Event officials, marshals, medical personnel, police and other authorised personnel;
- follow the designated course;
- behave responsibly and with consideration for other participants, volunteers, spectators and members of the public;
- not deliberately obstruct, endanger or interfere with another participant;

Participants take part at their own risk, subject always to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Medical Assistance
Medical and first-aid provision will be available at the Event.
By participating, you acknowledge that Event medical personnel may provide or arrange medical assistance where they reasonably consider it necessary.
If Event officials or medical personnel consider that it would be unsafe for you to continue, you may be required to withdraw from the Event.
Participants must follow any reasonable instruction given for their own safety or the safety of others.
12. Race Rules
The White City 10K is intended to be conducted under applicable England Athletics rules, subject to the Event obtaining the necessary licence and approvals.
Participants must comply with applicable race rules and any Event-specific instructions communicated before or during the Event.
West London Run reserves the right to disqualify a participant for serious or repeated breaches of the rules, unsporting conduct, unsafe behaviour, course cutting or failure to follow reasonable instructions from Event officials.
13. Race Numbers and Timing Chips
Race numbers for the 10K are intended to be posted to participants before race day, with limited pre-event collection arrangements also planned.
Your race number must be:
- worn visibly on the front of your clothing;
- kept unfolded;
- unaltered; and
- worn only by the participant to whom it has been officially allocated.
Participants must not reproduce, modify or exchange race numbers except through an authorised entry transfer.
Where a timing chip is incorporated into or supplied with a race number, participants must follow the instructions provided to ensure their time is recorded correctly.
We cannot guarantee a recorded result where a participant incorrectly wears, damages or removes their timing device.
14. Headphones
For safety reasons, in-ear and over-ear headphones are not permitted on the White City 10K course.
Bone-conduction headphones that leave the ears open to surrounding sound are permitted.
Participants using permitted headphones must remain able to hear instructions from marshals, Event officials, emergency services and other participants.
West London Run may require headphones or other equipment to be removed if Event officials reasonably consider their use unsafe.
15. Dogs, Buggies and Other Equipment
Dogs, buggies, bicycles, scooters and similar equipment are not permitted on the White City 10K course.
Assistance dogs are welcome at the Event, subject to appropriate arrangements.
Buggies may be brought into the stadium area for the Children's 1K but must not create an obstruction or safety risk.
16. Wheelchair Participants
Participants using a standard day wheelchair are welcome to enter the White City 10K.
Racing wheelchairs and handbikes are not permitted.
There is no separate wheelchair race, category or prize. Wheelchair participants will be chip timed and included within the overall results.
Wheelchair participants should contact West London Run before entering so that suitable start arrangements can be agreed.
17. Guide Runners
Participants who require a guide runner are welcome.
Guide runners may enter free of charge. Participants should contact West London Run in advance with the names of both the participant and guide runner so that appropriate entry and start arrangements can be made.
18. Course and Event Safety
Participants must remain on the designated course and follow instructions from marshals and Event officials.
Although the 10K is planned as a closed-road event, participants must remain alert to Event vehicles, emergency vehicles, course infrastructure and other potential hazards.
West London Run may alter, shorten, suspend or stop the Event where reasonably necessary to protect participants, volunteers, spectators or the public.
19. Baggage and Personal Belongings
Baggage facilities are planned at Race HQ.
Participants should not leave valuables in baggage storage.
Personal possessions are brought to the Event at the participant's own risk. West London Run will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Results, Prizes and Awards
The White City 10K will use chip timing.
Results will be published following the Event and may include a participant's name, race number, finishing time, position, age or age category, running club and other customary race-result information.
Any prizes or category awards will be subject to the categories and eligibility criteria published by West London Run.
West London Run may correct results after publication where timing errors, eligibility issues or other inaccuracies are identified.
